⅓ cup pureed sweet potato
½ orange, frozen
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1 cup non dairy milk, unsweetened
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 Tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed meal


  1. The night before, freeze the banana (cut into slices) and the orange (peeled and broken into their sections).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Sweet potato can be purchased canned, or you can boil chopped sweet potato until soft and use a fork to puree.
