Smokey Chickpeas


2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
3 Tablespoon canola oil
3 Tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic granules

Place the chickpeas in an 8-inch baking dish (or similar sized). Combine the oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, paprika, and garlic granules in a small bowl. Pour on to of garbanzo beans and stir to combine so all beans are covered. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
