Ingredients:
16 ounce container tofu (firm)
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 Tablespoon oil
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
⅓ cup non dairy milk
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 ½ cups flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup vegan cheese (of choice)

Instructions:
- Use a tablespoon to scoop up batter and form balls.
- Place on a greased baking sheet or casserole pan.
- In a medium bowl, crumble up the tofu. Add the spices, oil, maple syrup, milk, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Add the flour and baking soda and combine with wet ingredients.
- Add the cheese and mix until just combined.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Makes about a dozen balls.
