Mixed Berry Sorbet

Yield: 1 quart


  • 2 pounds mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc.)
  • 1 cup agave nectar


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Run at high speed until everything is smooth.
  2. Place in airtight container and freeze overnight.
  3. Enjoy!
