Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients:

3 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup parsley
1 (12 ounce) container silken tofu
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 bunch green onion, chopped
2 Tablespoon olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined. Great as a dressing for a salad, or as a dip for vegetables.
