Description:
I’m obsessed with this craze that always gives me the smoothest cup of coffee. In hot weather, this is my go-to for iced coffees and so much cheaper!
Instructions:
- In a plastic container (ideally BPA-free), stir together ground coffee and water.
- Put lid on container and leave at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours.
- Using a mesh strainer or cheese cloth, strain grounds from your cold brew.
- Chill in fridge and enjoy!
This particular cup of iced cold brew has a splash of soy milk, a drizzle of maple syrup, and is sprinkled with cinnamon, sesame powder (yes, sesame powder…so awesome on coffee!), and cocoa powder.
