Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup agave or maple syrup
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- 1 shaving of orange peel
- squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions:
- Steep the tea bag in ⅛ cup of boiling water. Let sit for five minutes. Remove the tea bag.
- Add the agave/maple syrup to a saucepan and add the brewed chamomile tea
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the sauce pan and let simmer for five-ten minutes. Keep the heat low.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for ten minutes. Store in the fridge in an airtight jar or container for up to a month. Storing in the fridge will allow it to become a thicker consistency!
