1 (15 ounce) can peaches in 100% fruit juice
½ cup unrefined cane sugar
2 Tablespoon ginger, grated
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
2 liter seltzer water


  1. Combine the peaches with juice, sugar, ginger, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until combined.
  3. Place ingredients in a large pitcher and add the seltzer water.

Best if allowed to sit at least an hour. Stir before serving. Wonderful over ice!
