(English) Our new page, “Vegan Hacks,” was created for new vegans, vegan-curious, those who may lack access to vegan specialty items, and those who want to expand their cooking palette and expertise. We show how you can transform simple ingredients into “meat” and dairy alternatives. This resource is made to be accessible and cost-effective, making it easier to create tasty vegan dishes!
(English) Our new page, “The Ethical and Environmental Impacts of Octopus Farming,” takes a deep dive into the reasons octopus farming is a terrible idea, which include concerns about animal cruelty, environmental degradation, antibiotic resistance, and public health.
